Rules and sales conditions for shop.01media.com
1. PRICES:
All prices may be shown in multiple currencies (Euro, USD, SEK, GBP, PLN, NOK etc).
ECC coutries - VAT/taxes are included for ECC coutries. No additional import fees!
All other coutries - we offer tax-free prices. Note that additional import taxes may be
added in your country. We will not be held responsible for any duties or international
customs fees that you may be charged in your country. These fees are the sole
responsibility of the customer.
2. SHIPPING - WORLD WIDE!
We ship to all countries, insured, by mail service/post with Certified Mail Service
or package. It is mosly quite fast, reliable and cheap. EMS, UPS/DHL or DPD on request
(prices are much higher).
Within Europe the package will arrive to you within 3-10 business days after shipping.
Outside Europe the package will arrive to you within 5-15 business days after shipping.
For shipping fees please see your shopping cart.
After you have placed your order you will see an order confirmation on the screen as well as
payment information. You will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail
(including payment link). Make sure our email are not filted as spam, allow all mails from
@01media.com
The package will be shipped from us as soon as your payment is registered, usually the
same or the next business day after you have made your payment. As soon as it is shipped
you will receive a delivery confirmation e-mail with package tracking nr.
NOTE! Please provide always the correct shipping address and your telephone number to
prevent problems. We will not be responsible for lost packages due to wrong address. If we
get back the package we will send your purchase again but shipping will then be charged
again.

3. SECURE PAYMENTS
We offer 100% secure transactions through eCard.pl payment gateway, IBAN / SWIFT
bank money transfer or Western Union.
4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
You can only cancel an order if it`s not shipped yet. Please use the contact form in our
web shop. Please always write your order number and always use same email address
that you have used placing your order.
If you have already made a payment we will return your money to your account. You
will be charged a small handling fee (depending on the bank or payment method).
If you payed using your credit card we will always try to refund back yo your credit card.
Refuns are made within 10 business days. Depending on how banks work it can take
additional time for you to receive the refund.
5. REFUNDS & RETURNING ITEMS:
We are always trying to offer best possible service and resolvinng all issues very quickly.
During vaccation season and christmass hollidays it may take us longer time than normal
to help you. It is very important for us to always keep you satisfied and happy.
a) We offer 10 days order / payment cancelation (from the date you rceived your items).
b) We offer 10 days return policy (from the date you received your items).
c) The above order cancelation and refund is possible only if all returned items are
unused/unopened.
d) The refund will be made within 10 business days after we have received and approved
the returned items. Shipping charges are not refundable.
e) Complaints / claims must be emailed within 7 days (from the date you rceived your
items).
f) We will resolve all claims within 30 business days (except hollidays and vaccations).
g) If we do not reply on emailed claims within 14 business days, the claim and returned
items are considered as legitimate.
6. WARRANTIES:
All our new products have a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. If the
item is faulty we will replace it a.s.a.p. However we will not return shipping charges. The
customer is responsible for all return shipping charges to us.
NOTE! Before you return any items please contact us and receive an RMA number (return
number). To get it please use the contact form on our web site. If you returned an item
without the RMA number or the item is without any errors, we will charge you a service-
and shipping fee.
7. YOUR PRIVACY:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you
only to process orders efficiently. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to
other companies. Our cookies do not store any personal information and are used only for
visitor statistics purposes.
