It's not possible to compare chines shop prices with european. Of corse it's always lower price in China! :) But our shop is one of best on the web when it's comming to support, warraties and delivery speed. Also, don't forget we offer prices for EU custommers including all taxes! Comapre all that and you will se it's not the best deal to buy from China...
Some custommers notice that our pirces are highter than some other shops. Remember, you get always what you pay for...
Our goal is to offer best possible deal for the money. This includes low prices, good service, speed of delivery, prompt and correct email replies, good warranties and easy exchange of faulty products.
NOTICE: Our prices for EU custommers includes all taxes/VAT!
Here are some important issues to compare before you order from some "very cheap" store:
Is it really same product/version? There is a lot of cheap clones and chinese versions of many products...
Is the product in stock for instant delivery?
Does the price include custom fees and VAT/tax?
(when it's shipped from outside EU you must add 16-25% VAT and soem extra custom fees)
Do I get warranty?
How long is the warranty?
What's the shipping cost?
How long does it take to ship to me?
Is the package insured?
What's the conditions/policy for returning a product?
Do I get support? How fast and in what language?
How safe and convienient is it to make paymnets?
When we did test some cheap shops we foudn teh "real "truth:
1. Even if a shop is in EU shipping is from Asia - real price will be about + 0% hightrer!
2. Short warranty - not more than 6 month
3. Deffective products must be returned in 3 days!
4. Slow shipping, not insured - insured and fast shipping much more expensive.
5. No returns/refounds.
8. Expensive to return deffective products (mostly to Asia).
9. No or few email replies in poor english.
10. No good payment options (mostly Western Union only)
11. Returned products may be lost, never exchanged...
